Shipping & Shop Policies

Shipping: Items are shipped first class via the US Postal Service from Rochester, NY. Prints are mailed in a protective sleeve in a rigid mailer. Books are packaged in a rigid mailer as well. 

Gifts: Let me know if you would like to send an item directly to someone as a gift and I'd be happy to include a custom note for you.

International Customers: Currently, I do not ship internationally from my online shop. If you would like to order one of my books and/or prints please contact me and we can work something out. Thank you for your interest in my work! 

Returns: Sorry, I do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item. 

Statements: "M CHARLAND" appears on customer card statements from PayPal.
